Project Love: Rosewater
The Rosewater pattern was released almost exactly a year ago. Elegant and delicate, this simple yet striking shawl knitting pattern features a lovely lace border that may be the reason it has turned so quickly into one of my most popular designs ever. And the fact that you only need one skein of fingering weight yarn for Rosewater makes it a win-win for any knitter with treasured single skeins in the stash.
During this whole year, knitters from all over the world have cast on more than 320 gorgeous Rosewater shawls. Which means… almost one per day!
Are you about to start knitting your first Rosewater? Or do you already have several in your closet? Take a look at these lovely shawls to get some ideas on which yarn could be a great match for your own…
