Light and soft like a summer breeze, Wild Cherries is an effortless knit with beautiful results.
You work the shawl diagonally from one tip to the opposite side of the triangle, creating a slightly asymmetric shape.
This delicate shawl delights with its clean lines and reminds of nature’s beauty in bloom.
One skein of Madelinetosh Prairie (100% Merino; 768 m / 840 yds per 100 g). Shown in colourway Rose.
Or approximately 676 m / 740 yds of similar lace weight yarn.
Size 4 mm / US 6 circular needle. Or size that gives you pattern gauge.
This shawl is worked flat but I recommend using an 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needle to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
26 stitches and 56 rows = 10 cm / 4 inches in garter stitch, before blocking
