Project Love: A tribute to your creativity

October 2, 2017
By Janina Kallio

For many knitters, the most exciting part of starting a new project is picking the perfect yarn for it. Whether we go stash-diving or yarn-shopping, we can spend hours looking for that special combination of fibre and colour we have in mind. Our choices reflect our personality, and we can create a million different shawls with the same pattern.

While browsing on Ravelry, we noticed that some knitters get extra creative with their projects… Adding a little something to our designs, and making their shawls look even more special. It may be a picot bind-off, an extra colour, some stripes, or even tiny sparkling beads.

Today in Project Love, we are paying tribute to the queens of customisation.
